Is ice-cream healthy?

Ice-cream! The name itself is mouth watering. But, surely many of you may not know that this simple sugar delight too has many health benefits. Most of the people believe that by eating ice cream they will gain more weight especially when it comes to their belly. It’s true if you eat it a lot or too much and you don’t know what time of the day is the best time to eat. However, ice cream has more advantages than you think.


Ice cream is actually rich with calcium, as you know that calcium is good for your health since it can build up and help your bones in your body. It also can help lower risks of disease such as high blood pressure, colon cancer, kidney stones and even keep your weight off. Did you catch that last one? Yes, ice-cream actually helps you lose weight, shed belly fat and maintain your weight loss. Eating dairy products to your diet can help you get rid of those unwanted fat and keep them off. Calcium is also good for pushing fat into the bloodstream where it is more likely to be burned up. You can get that extra amount of calcium from products such as yogurt, cheese and milk. However, if you want to really enjoy your dairy products, do it the fun way by eating ice cream. So go ahead and eat ice cream from time to time, as long as you don't overload on sugar and saturated fat...

  2. I think if you can manage your eating behavior and do some exercise everyday, eating ice-cream will not affect your health at all! However, the quality of ice-cream are different in each shop. If ice-cream maker add many artificial things in ice-cream, it will be affect your health in long term. We could not know what contain in the ice-cream. We are not a superhero!! so you have to be careful about that.
