Remember last week we had a contest on our Facebook page called “What’s your Healthy eating Tips” where we had asked our fans to share their healthy eating tips with everyone. Recommended top five healthy eating tips: Diviyani- I personally like to savour my meal slowly as it allows me to really taste and enjoy the food I am eating & above all it allows me to eat less. Smita- My healthy eating tip is-Avoid processed foods. By preparing fresh foods yourself you can control the amount of fat, sugar and sodium you take in. Debjani- My favourite healthy eating tip is to find good tasting water and drink water most of the day. Avoid sweet drinks and reduce caffeine intake. Samy- I prefer going for a walk after dinner. It’s healthy. Swapnil- Drink lots and lots of water… it helps cleanse toxins and provides hydration for your body.
